Our Principles

Underpinning all our work is a set of principles we call the 'Three Es'.

What we do

Execution-focused

Executing a digital change project can be challenging, regardless of the scale or maturity of your organisation. We offer services designed to rapidly identify and implement transformation initiatives into the areas of your business that need it most. Not only this, but we're able to augment your teams with quality people to solidify this success in both the short and long term.

How we deliver it

Enablement-first

We have an in-house team of highly skilled and experienced consultants, as well as some industry-leading technology partners. Because of our roots as a resourcing business, we've also got an extensive network of associates that we can call on when needed. Altogether, this means that whatever the requirements and scale of the project, we can supply the expertise.

The approach we take

Experience-led

Our experience delivering digital transformation for large financial institutions tells us that effective and long-lasting implementation requires more than just achieving technical goals. We approach all aspects of our work with an embedded Design Thinking mindset, ensuring that the needs of our clients and their customers are always kept front and centre.

Our Process

We've developed our own simple workflow that we apply to all of our projects, based on the well-known Double Diamond. Our framework combines the recursive nature of the Agile workflow with extended implementation opportunities, ensuring that every part of the process is well-considered and set up for success.

Discover

In order to lay out an effective transformation roadmap, we need to find out two things: the current state of your digital operation, and your vision for the transformation of your project or organisation. We always start with a discover phase, quickly exploring your organisation's capabilities in key areas based on the context, need and project.

Define

Next, we distil this learning down into key insights which we use to drive the creation of a roadmap to achieve the desired outcomes. This step is crucial as it ensures that everyone is united and using a shared language to describe the goal. In true Agile fashion, we don't have to wait to fully complete this phase before we start implementing the 'quick wins', meaning that the transformation journey of your organisation can start from day one.

Develop

With a clear articulation of what we want to achieve, it would be easy to jump straight to the implementation of a solution. First, however, we make sure that the necessary operational foundations are in place - such as programme management and streamlined ways of working - to ensure that the transformation is sustainable and long-lasting. As we test potential solutions, this development phase allows us the space to identify and resolve unforseen issues which would otherwise be costly to reverse during the delivery phase.

Deliver & Embed

After progressing through this Experience-led process, you can be confident that the delivery and implementation of the final solution is well-considered in all aspects, setting your organisation up for success in both the short and long term. Our capabilities mean that we can operate an extended delivery phase - not only achieving the desired outcomes, but also sticking around afterwards to make sure that the changes your organisation has undergone are deeply embedded and genuinely effective.
